In One Week

I was thinking how much things can change in just one week.


One week ago I...

1. had two jobs

2. never saw any of my friends

and

3. didn't know how to cook chicken


This is how these things changed...


1.Yesterday I quit my waitress job (a huge relief, because I swear I was losing more money than I was making) but I'm still working at North Park Elementary.

2.In the past two days I've seen approx. 10 friends from highschool(thanks to Roy Days!), and it's been so fun to catch up on their lives.

and

3. It's sad but true. A week ago I had no idea how to cook chicken, but I decided to get out of my comfort zone (aka ready-made meals) and experiment with cooking...and I'm not going to lie, it wasn't too shabby.


Also in one week from today I will be an adult! That's right. Bring on the Singles Ward:)



Seeing these little changes in my life has made me want to pay more attention to the little, what I like to call blessings, that happen every day.
